The Charles and Nolita at Genesee

"The Charles" at 1319 Genesee and "The Nolita" at 1317 Genesee are two of Utica's most unique and prominent fixtures conveniently located in Utica's budding Art district. Built circa 1890, the Richardson Romanesque buildings include several circular turrets with conical roofs, interesting window and roof arangements, round arched windows and entraceways yet boasts of all the modern day conveniences.

                             The Charles

Due to neglect over recent years The Charles fell into a state of decay and deterioration and required a major revamp.

The Charles is a grand building fully rennovated and consists of townhouse style, high end apartments.  You will find 1.5 baths, new kitchens, laundry and berber carpets.

This is a fabulous place to call home!  For more information on The Charles, please email jennifer@uticalofts.com.

The Nolita

After being abandoned for some 10 plus years, The Nolita was in dire need of excessive TLC.  This landmark has made a colossal comeback and has been transformed into a real gem.

The Nolita is a recently renovated 3 unit luxury apartment building tastefully designed that has all the modern amenities.  You will find stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and wood floors just to name a few amenities.
